AAYU is a coaching and tracking tool. It is not a doctor, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for medical care. If something in your blood work worries you, or a symptom persists, see a physician. In an emergency, call emergency services rather than opening the app.
By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you are using AAYU on behalf of a gym or coaching business, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf. You must be 18 or older.
The app produces estimates and correlations from your own data. A macro estimate from a photograph is an estimate. A correlation across your last ninety days is a pattern, not a cause. Supplement suggestions are guidance drawn from your markers, and they carry a re-test date precisely because they might be wrong.
You remain responsible for what you eat, take and train.
One account per person. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You own the content you put in; you grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you.
You must accept these terms and the privacy policy before you create an account, and before you create or upload anything in AAYU. Content means everything you put in: check-in recordings, photographs, meal notes, messages to a coach, and anything you say to the AI coach.
Objectionable content is not allowed anywhere in AAYU, whether you keep it to yourself, send it to a coach, or send it to a trainee.
Report anything that breaks this from inside the app. You can report AI output that is wrong, unsafe or offensive, and you can report or remove a coach from your record at any moment. We read every report.
We may remove content, cut a coach's access, and suspend or close an account that breaks this section. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.
A coach on AAYU is an independent professional, not our employee. We verify credentials at onboarding, but their advice is theirs. You can revoke a coach's access at any moment, and doing so removes their view of your scores immediately.
Coaches, in turn, agree not to request recordings or photographs from trainees outside the app, and not to export trainee data.
AAYU is free during early access — no card, no trial, no renewals. If paid plans arrive later, we will announce them clearly in advance and nothing will start charging you silently. Coach fees, where a coach charges you directly, sit outside this and are agreed between you and them.
You can delete your account whenever you like, from inside the app, and it takes effect at once. We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse of a coach or trainee, or attempts to break the service — and we will tell you why.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Disputes are governed by Indian law and heard in the courts of Bengaluru.
